[求助]BF609 图像处理遭遇内存不匹配和运行模式问题

最近在用BF609做图像处理，但是在运行程序是会不定期的出现以下两种问题中的一个，不知道哪位大神能给出点意见：
报错1：
A non-recoverable error or exception has occured
Description: Attempted misaligned data memory or data cache access (Exception with EXCAUSE-0x24)
General Type: UnhandledException
Specific Type: DataMisalignedAccessViolation
Error PC: 0xffa07c98

报错2：
A non-recoverable error or exception has occured
Description: Attempted to use a Supervisor register or instruction from User mode (Exception with EXCAUSE-0x24)
General Type: UnhandledException
Specific Type: SupervisorResource
Error PC: 0xffa05f44

不清楚，没见过这个报错。
