Yes, We can ship to south Africa by DHL. But you need to pay the freight.

Yes, AD-HP530ICE can program all the SHARC and Blackfin.

4) Which software does it come with visual dsp++, which version and does it work without any issues ??

Visual DSP++5.0(Update10) or CCES. We can provide software.

5) What emulation board can you recommend for this programmer / emulator.

That depends on your ADSP's partnumber. We have ADSP-BF533/BF518/BF592/BF548/BF609/21489 emulation board.
